FULL REINSTALL
We provide a full clean and reinstall service for troublesome devices. This process includes a full backup of your data, format of your hard drive and reinstall of your operating system and programs*. We even physically clean your hardware to remove any built up dust or debris.

*An extra charge for non-standard applications may apply.

COMPUTER CLEAN-UP
For regular computer clean-up's, we scan your files and do our best to fix your issue(s) and remove any malware. We will leave you with a better functioning computer and include antivirus/antispyware solutions at no additional charge. If your software is corrupt beyond repair, you will be advised to go with a full computer reinstall for you and your data's safety. Service tweaking upon request.

Remote setup allows your computer to be accessed remotely by those whom you allow access. This enables users to access their work from home or vice versa and also allows us to provide remote support. This is ideal for businesses and users on the go. It is great for finishing up on a project or simply checking up on things.
